Every late October of the year, kids are most excited about Halloween Parties! They get to dress up as their favorite character and they get to have lots and lots of treats like candies, chocolates and so much more! π
In our company office, we had our Halloween activity last Friday. Our team chose the “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” theme. We did the setup of our area to look like we have our own chocolate factory.Β Of course, it won’t be complete without our own version ofΒ Willy Wonka. One of our colleagues agreed to become Willy Wonka for the day to entertain the kids who will visit our area. I volunteered to do his makeup. This is actually the first time I get to do the makeup of another person so I got really excited to give it a try. Haha! π

The night before the said event, I researched a makeup tutorial on how to do Willy Wonka’s look. Good thing I found one in Promise Tamang Phan’s YouTube channel!
Here it is! π
I know that it is not perfect and I skipped some steps taught in the tutorial because of time constraints. Eeek! But, as a first timer, did I get to achieve the look?

Time to welcome the kids!!! π
Look!!! We have even prepared a chocolate fountain where the children can dip marshmallows in it so they can truly enjoy their visit in our area. Cool, isn’t it? π
Too bad we didn’t get to have our own movie poster… Haha! π

It was a really fun event! The kids were so happy seeing Willy Wonka “look-a-like” waving at them. Even the adults who came along with the kids had so much fun taking pictures with our colleague. π
I hope I get to have more character makeup done in the future. I will give an update once I get to have a new one. π
