Here is a close-up shot of the different blush colors. By the way, I took this shot with a camera flash so you could easily distinguish which colors have shimmers and which have none.

Even if the product states that this is a “Shimmer Collection”, they still included three matte colors. Blush #s 68 and 9 are those with a matte finish. The rest have shimmers. This is perfectly fine since you can still use this palette even if you don’t feel like using a blush with shimmers.

Here are the swatches for each blush. My favorites are #s 1, 3, 6, 8 and 10. Yeah, I know. Majority of my picks are pink blushes. Haha! 😉

This palette has a mix of very pigmented and buildable colors. It is important to start off with a little amount of blush first then you continuously build the color until it gets the right amount in your cheeks. It is much easier to build up the blush color than to remove the excess. I can say that blush #s 5 and 9 are the most pigmented colors while #s 2 and 6 are least ones.

Also, I like that each pot in this palette is big enough for a blush brush. In my opinion, it is essential that the pot or pan, where the blush is placed, should be big enough for a blush brush. It is because it would take so much time to put on color in your blush brush if it is smaller. Aside from that, you won’t get the right amount of product in your brush in just one or two swipes.

This is originally priced at Php500. However, I was able to avail of their one week 10% discount (as I have mentioned in this post) along with my Enhance Cosmetics Mineral Loose Powder. So for this palette, I paid only Php450 (shipping fee not yet included).

Still, even if I was not able to avail of the 10% discount, I would still buy this palette at its original price. Why? For the price of only Php500, this palette is such a STEAL!!! You can have 10 amazing blush colors at a very affordable price. Who would not want that? 😀

LIKES:

  • super affordable!!! 😀

NEUTRAL TAKE:

  • has a mix of pigmented and buildable colors

DISLIKES:
